Dear Parents/Guardians,

I am delighted to inform you that Playpen is launching a NEW SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM with various facilities for you and your child. This system will help you to access any information you may require of your child/children in a much easier and faster way.

In order to enlist your child in this new System, you are required to fill up the Student Information Form as per given instructions. Kindly submit the Form Online by Thursday, 22 October 2020.

STEP 01

  • Enter the desired Phone Number in which you receive all SMS from Playpen.
  • Then click the SEND option.
  • If your Contact Number is not registered in Playpen’s SMS Account, an option will appear saying – “If this number does not exist in our system, then please contact the respective Admin Personnel”. The Office Numbers are - 01755515893 (Class I – V), 01755693623 (Class VI – XII), 01755689482 (PG – KG II), 01755515885 ( FRONT DESK).

    • You may call or visit in person. Timing : 9 am – 12 noon

    After awhile, when your Phone Number will be added, please start from STEP 01.

STEP 02

  • Your Contact Number is your USER Name. You are requested to maintain the Number which you are providing. Otherwise, it may hamper our system.
  • Then type your Name.
  • Insert your active Email Address.
  • Create a New Password for this form.
  • Confirm the Password.
  • Click the SUBMIT option.

STEP 03

  • Completing STEP 02 will indicate that you have successfully created an Account in our Software Management System. Finally in STEP 03, you will type your USER NAME (Contact Number) and Password.
  • Lastly, click the SIGN IN option.

Kindly note that you may also fill in this form if you have another child / children studying in Playpen.
